2009 Fall Honors in Action Conference Registration
The Regional Honors in Action Conference will be held at the Oral Hull Conference Center in Sandy, OR from 1 p.m. Friday, October 23, until noon on Sunday, October 25. The tentative schedule is available here. Directions to Oral Hull are on their web site.
Register online before Friday, October 9 for the best rate of $80 per person. You may register up until the day of the event, however, the rate after October 9 will be $95 per person.

If you prefer to register with a paper form. Please complete the form and email or fax it to both Velda and Beth Sammons, advisor for the host chapter, at sammonsb@mhcc.edu or 503-491-7177.
What to Bring
Oral Hull will provide bedding, bath towels, and soap. Meals will be furnished from dinner on Friday through box lunches on Sunday. You may want to bring:
- Your chapter's identifier for the roll call
- Your chapter's pledges for the Hope Kits.
- A jump drive or laptop, since no paper will be distributed.
- Individual reusable drink cup and coffee mug.
- A sleeping bag and your own pillow, if you desire more than is provided.
- The temperature can vary greatly, so it is suggested that you dress in layers and bring a jacket.
- We will have the spa for Saturday night, so bring a bathing suit and a beach towel.
- You may also want a bath robe, or cover up, and shower shoes as there are group showers.
- An open mind and a great attitude!
General Rules
- Phi Theta Kappa maintains a No Tolerance Policy: Alcohol and unlawful controlled substances will not be permitted at any Phi Theta Kappa official conference events.
- Weapons or fireworks are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted in any building. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
- Facilities must be cleaned before departure.
